The invention discloses a controllable reactor induction pressure-proof test power supply device and a measuring method for partial discharge, which relate to a field test technology of the controllable reactor; the structure of the device is that a frequency converter power supply cabinet (1), a center transformer (2) and the controllable reactor (6) are connected in sequence so as to provide the test power supply for the controllable reactor (6); the controllable reactor (6), a detecting impedor (5) and a tester (7) for partial discharge are connected in sequence so as to detect the partial discharge of the controllable reactor (6); the center transformer (2), a capacitance voltage divider (3) and a voltage meter (4) are connected in sequence so as to measure the testing voltage of the center transformer (2); a compensating reactor (8) and the controllable reactor (6) are connected so as to compensate the reactive current of the controllable reactor (6); the invention is applicable to all controllable reactor induction pressure-proof tests and the measurement for partial discharge.
