Abstract

The present invention provides a method for detecting the content of Nosiheptide preparation. The improvement of the method is that an organic solvent is added beforehand to protect the stability before diluting the Nosiheptide preparation with an oil-insoluble system or ebb-oil-soluble system. The organic solvent which is used for adding beforehand is the organic solvent series which has a certain liposolubility to Nosiheptide, such as DMF, dimethyl sulfoxide, acetone, chloroform, methanol, ethyl and the like. Preferably the organic solvent is DMF. The invention uses adding organic solvent beforehand to protect the stability of the Nosiheptide in dissolving-out and after-treatment to make that the Nosiheptide can be quantitatively and stably transferred to the oil-insoluble dilution thereby the content can be accurately measured or used for the dilution dispersion process with other purpose. The method of the invention evidently improves the accuracy, precision and repeatability of normal detecting method.
