A magnetic field loop is manufactured into the round still plate of a sheet shape and the rotor plate of an armored permanent magnetic block by applying the novel design thought of overlapping the magnetic fields; the magnetic fields are enhanced by being mutually overlapped through the series connection and fixation of a drive shaft and the magnet isolating shell; simultaneously a control circuit controls at least more than two blocks of still plate loops to respectively be sucked and cut according to components; the compressor is realized to meet the running requirements of different refrigerating loads by changing the output power of the drive device and simultaneously by the proportion changes of the time for switching the percentage working situations of full load and light load, thereby further achieving the goal of saving energy.
