Abstract

The compound floor tile is manufactured by taking plant straw powder and waste rubber powder as main raw materials and adding polyurethane adhesive to be evenly mixed and hot pressed. The raw materials comprises the following components according to parts by weight: 10-20 parts of plant straw powder, 70-85 parts of waste rubber powder, and 8-13 parts of polyurethane adhesive. The detection proves that the tensile strength of the floor tile reaches 1.3MPa, the tensile elongation thereof is more than 108 percent, the rebound value thereof is more than 20 percent, and the Shore A type hardness thereof is 53-58 degrees. The compound floor tile has the beneficial effect of changing wastes into valuables, compounding straw with waste rubber, and reducing the cost of the waste rubber compound floor tile.
