Abstract

The invention provides air-pressure typed aluminium melt inclusion detection equipment and a method thereof, belonging to the field of casting technique. The detection equipment consists of three parts: an air pressure system, a temperature control system and a filter weight-measurement system; the air pressure system is arranged outside the range of temperature control and provides stable pressure difference for the filter weight-measurement system; the temperature control system is arranged inside the air pressure system and at the external side of the filter part of the filter weight-measurement system, thus ensuring stable temperature during the filtration process; the filter weight-measurement system consists essentially of two parts: a filter part and a weight-measurement part, wherein, the filter part is arranged in the temperature control system and the weight-measurement part is placed right below the filter part; the filter weight-measurement system completes the filtration of the inclusion in the aluminium melt and measures and memorizes the weight of the filtrated aluminium melt in real time. The pressure difference by air pressurization is high, thus avoiding the vacuum pressurized and filtrated hot air from corroding the container; the pressure container has safe and stable structure; and the equipment has compact structure and the measurement result of the inclusions in the aluminium melt is exact and highly effective.
