The BaPbO3 / BaTiO3-based PTC thermistor consists of BaTiO3-based ceramic powder and BaPbO3, wherein the BaTiO3-based ceramic powder consists of (Ba1-x-y, Srx, Pby) TiO3 and Sb2O3, Nb2O5, MnO2, Al2O3, SiO2 and TiO2. The preparation process comprises the following steps: weighing the BaTiO3; adding Y2O3 and the Nb2O5 to the BaTiO3; and adding the MnO2, Pb3O4, BaCO3, the Al2O3, the SiO2 and the TiO2 into a ball milling synthetic material, and performing re-milling, drying, granulating, screening and pressure molding on the mixture to obtain the BaPbO3 / BaTiO3-based PTC thermistor.
