Original wasted acid is delivered into multiple sections of external forced circulation devices which are connected in series in sequence after passing through original wasted acid channels of a graphite preheater and a graphite cooler; steam evaporated by evaporators of other external forced circulation devices except the last section of external forced circulation device is delivered into a graphite cooler; an auxiliary agent in an auxiliary agent tank is delivered into the graphite cooler, and introduced into the evaporator of the first section of external forced circulation device; steam in an evaporator of the last section of external forced circulation device is delivered into diluted acid and waste water channels of the graphite preheater and the graphite cooler, and then waste water containing dilute hydrochloric acid is discharged after alkali neutralization; a solution in the evaporator of the last section of external forced circulation device is discharged into a solution storage tank, and further delivered into a mother solution crystallization tank for crystallization, so as to obtain an iron dichloride crystal; and concentrated hydrochloric acid is discharged from a solution outlet of the graphite cooler.
