Abstract

The system is designed aiming at the unreasonable design of the prior similar products. The key points in designing comprise: a track is provided with a safety sliding contact line, an upper track, an upper address identification plate, a lower address identification plate, and a lower track; the current collector is provided with a photoelectric sensor, an electromagnet, a guiding wheel set and a traveling wheel set; and the current collector is connected with a support base of the tyre type gantry crane through a four-link-rod set. The control method comprises: a controller drives a horizontal oil cylinder and a lifting oil cylinder to adjust space position of the current collector, and the current collector is sequentially guided to the upper track, the lower track and the safety sliding contact line from the side upper part of the track. The intelligent current collector system has the advantages of improving the conveying efficiency and speed of the power supply type tyre type gantry crane, effectively lowering operating cost, and minimizing the number of equipment; and the control method can improve the safety of automatic guide and the accuracy of positioning.
