However, Helicobacter pylori is a prokaryote, and Eimeria is a protist (although protists are the lowest organisms in eukaryotes, they are also essentially different from prokaryotes), and currently Eimeria There is no report on the structure of malonyl-CoA:ACP transacylase in worms. Therefore, whether Corydal tuberine can play a role in resisting Eimeria and how effective it is is unknown

Abstract

The invention provides new uses of corytuberine in the preparation of anti-eimeria tenella medicines. The corytuberine can efficiently prohibit activity of malonyl monoacyl coenzyme A: ACP transacylase represented by amino acid sequences like SEQ NO.1. The enzyme is a key enzyme in the process of type II fatty acid synthesis of the eimeria tenella, the activity of the enzyme can be prohibited to disorder of the fatty acid metabolism of the eimeria tenella while having no influence on the fatty acid metabolism of hosts of the eimeria tenella, so as to realize the aim of prohibiting the eimeria tenella from invading chicken intestine epithelial cells.

Description

technical field [0001] The present invention relates to organic chemistry, in particular to a heterocyclic compound. Background technique [0002] Corydal tuberine [(+)-corydal tuberine] is a natural alkaloid extracted from plants, which exists in trace amounts in plants such as Papaveraceae. The molecular formula of the compound is C19H21NO4, the molecular weight is 327.374, and its chemical structure is shown in formula (1). [0003] [0004] As a natural plant extract, Corydalis tuberine has been extracted from various medicinal plants such as opium poppy shells and Dahuadicong, but there is no report on using it as a medicine. It has been reported in the literature that Corydal tuberine can inhibit the activity of malonyl-CoA:ACP transacylase in the type II fatty acid synthesis pathway of Helicobacter pylori, and its IC50 value is 33.1±3.291M. The author further Studies have confirmed that Corydalis tuberculoid inhibits the activity of malonyl-CoA:ACP transacylase i...
