Abstract

The invention provides a method for extracting production progress of a manufacturing system based on a complex network, aiming at the problems of difficult production progress extraction of an intermittent manufacturing enterprise and tracking of contract execution conditions. The invention particularly adopts an implementation proposal that the method comprises the following steps: firstly, establishing a manufacturing process information dissemination relation net (ISRNMP), wherein the net consists of a task assignment net, a task completion feedback net and a pure information transmission net which are interconnected and interwoven; secondly, establishing a data model for describing a relation among ISRNMP nodes and for describing generative rules of the task assignment net, the task completion feedback net and the pure information transmission net; and thirdly, based on the data model, providing an evolutionary algorithm of the ISRNMP, and then providing the method for extracting the production progress based on the network nodes. The method solves the problem of difficult production progress extraction brought by multisource isomerism information during manufacturing; and the invention provides an intuitive statistic method and a visualized tool for visual monitoring of the production progress in the manufacturing process, and has better application prospect.
