Abstract

The invention relates to a rubber adhesive and a preparation method thereof. The rubber adhesive comprises the following raw materials by weight: 10-30 portions of resorcin, 20-40 portions of formamine and 40-60 portions of solvent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) putting resorcin in the solvent and stirring the mixture to form solution at the normal temperature and pressure for standby; 2) putting formamine in the solvent and stirring the mixture to form solution at the normal temperature and pressure for standby; 3) at the normal temperature and pressure, putting resorcin solution in a reaction kettle, adding formamine solution gradually and stirring the mixture synchronously until pH reaches 7-8; 4) filtering, dehydrating and drying; and 5)checking and packing. The rubber adhesive can participate in chemical reaction in the heating and vulcanization process of the rubber to ensure that stable and firm chemical bonds are formed between rubbers and non-pure cotton textiles so as to improve the adhesive strength between rubbers and textiles, meanwhile the invention is suitable for the adhesion of various rubbers and non-pure cotton textiles.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a rubber raw material fine chemical product material, in particular to a rubber adhesive and a preparation method thereof. Background technique [0002] At present, the bonding between rubber and non-pure cotton fabrics is mainly: 1. After rubber is processed, the molecular weight becomes smaller and the plasticity increases. The rubber polymer penetrates into the fabric to form a physical bond, and its bonding strength is relatively small; 2. The fabric is mechanically calendered, and under the action of mechanical pressure and shear force, the rubber polymer is pressed into the fabric to form a physical bond, and its bond strength is small. Therefore, the product is prone to the phenomenon that the rubber and the non-pure cotton fabric are not bonded firmly or even fall off during use, which affects the quality and service life of the product and fails to meet the requirements of the industry standard.
