The invention relates to a surface mounted device (SMD) quartz-crystal resonator base and a processing method of the SMD quartz-crystal resonator base, and belongs to the technical field of quartz-crystal resonators. A monolayer ceramic substrate with through holes is used in the base. A peripheral metal ring platform and a support platform inside the ring are distributed on the upper surface of the ceramic substrate, and an electrode metal coating is arranged on the lower surface of the ceramic substrate. The processing method includes the following steps: first, using the monolayer ceramic substrate, punching the through holes and pouring conductive metal materials, second, coating the ceramic substrate on the upper surface and on the lower surface with metal at corresponding positions, third, printing a tungsten layer after the metal coating is dried, fourth, sintering the ceramic substrate, fifth, nickeling the ceramic substrate in an electrolytic mode and forming a nickel plating layer, sixth, processing a Fe-Co-Ni alloy ring, sintering the ring on the circular peripheral metal ring platform of the ceramic substrate to form a cavity, seventh, nickeling the finished product again and forming a nickel plating layer, eighth, gilding the ceramic substrate in an electrolytic mode and forming a gold plating layer. Due to the fact that metal coating layers are printed on the monolayer ceramic substrate and then a metal ring is sintered with braze, the SMD quartz-crystal resonator base has the advantages that effects of conduction, insulation and support are good, material cost is reduced, and requirements of low cost and miniaturization of quartz-crystal resonator are satisfied.
