The invention relates to a multiple heat pump air-conditioning water heater which comprises a compressor, three-way valves, an outdoor heat exchanger, an indoor heat exchanger, a plurality of electronic expansion valves, a branch pipe and an electromagnetic valve; one end of each three-way valve is communicated with a high-pressure air pipe of the compressor, and the other end of the three-way valve is communicated with the outdoor heat exchanger, the electronic expansion valves, the branch pipe and the indoor heat exchanger in sequence; the high-pressure air pipe and a high-pressure liquid pipe of the compressor are respectively connected with the branch pipe, the electronic expansion valves, the electromagnetic valve and a water-fluoride heat exchanger; the water-fluoride heat exchangeris connected with a water storage tank through a water pump; the three-way valves are two in quantity, and the two three-way valves are connected mutually in parallel and form a connecting loop together with the compressor.
