Abstract

The invention relates to a cooling device (1), for the continuous cooling of liquids, comprising a liquid inlet (2), connected to a liquid supply, a reservoir (4) for ice, a comminution device (6), a mixing and dosing unit (7) and a tapping point (8). The invention is characterised in that the ice, after comminution in the comminuting device (6) may be mixed in the mixing and dosing unit (7) withthe liquid flowing from the liquid inlet (2) and the liquid mixed with ice may be withdrawn from the tapping point (8). Said cooling device permits a rapid energy- and space-saving continuous coolingof liquids and guarantees the hygienic condition thereof.
