When a motor is shut down and the high-voltage battery maximum permission discharge power decided by a high-voltage battery controller is higher than the maximum discharge power suitable for the high-voltage battery, the DC-DC converter can be enabled; when the high-voltage battery charging state exceeds the charging state under which the high-voltage battery suitably works, the DC-DC converter can be enabled; and if the whole automobile controller is not requested to close all control strategies, the DC-DC converter can be enabled.
