The LED light source comprises a circuit board and a plurality of LEDs; the circuit board comprises a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; the LEDs are arranged on the first surface of the circuit board and are electrically connected with the circuit board; the diffusion board is arranged at the first surface side of the circuit board; the radiating module comprises a heat-conducting board, a plurality of heat pipes and a plurality of radiating fins; the heat-conducting board comprises a joint surface and a radiating surface opposite to the joint surface; the evaporation ends of the heat pipes are thermally connected with the radiating surface of the heat-conducting board; the condensation ends of the heat pipes are far away from the heat-conducting board and penetrate through the radiating fins; the circuit board of the LED light source is fixed on the joint surface of the heat-conducting board to form thermal connection with the heat-conducting board, and the second surface of the circuit board faces to the joint surface.
