Abstract

The invention discloses a benzene-free plastic rotogravure composite ink which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 46-70% of sec-butyl acetate, 1-3% of filling material, 10-12% of resin, 0.5-1% of 3500 additive, 9-30% of pigment and 5-10% of ethyl acetate. The benzene-free plastic rotogravure composite ink is prepared in a way that: proportionally mixing and adding the raw materials into a milling tank according to the product requirement, stirring, dispersing, milling to the specified fineness, and adjusting to produce the benzene-free plastic rotogravure compositeink which exceeds the industrial standard. The ink uses an environmental-protection solvent sec-butyl acetate instead of methylbenzene, thereby being nontoxic and innoxious and being beneficial for food safety and people's health of body and mind; the addition of the resin comprising chlorinated EVA and chlorinated polypropylene can greatly enhance the adhesion fastness of the products and be beneficial to thermal compounding techniques; and the addition of the 3500 additive can enhance the antistatic effect and the dispersivity of the products, thereby being beneficial to the storage of the products.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a plastic gravure composite ink, in particular to a benzene-free plastic gravure composite ink. Background technique [0002] Traditional plastic composite inks use toluene and xylene as the main solvent, and ethyl ester, butyl ester, methyl ethyl ketone, and isopropanol as auxiliary solvents or co-solvents. The advantages of this ink are low price, fast evaporation speed, good printing adaptability, excellent adhesion fastness, good composite performance, etc., and are favored by the color printing industry; the disadvantage is that the solvent residue is large, especially the benzene content exceeds the standard. For the sake of environmental protection and safety, the United States and many European countries have established strict environmental hygiene standards for inks, adhesives and even film materials used in the field of food packaging. The existence of benzene solvents is even listed as strictly prohibited. However, ...
