Abstract

The invention relates to a method for recovering and separating a printing electronic circuit board (PCB for short) by a dry method. The method comprises the following steps: putting waste PCB into a primary crusher to be crushed to be 20mm of small blocks; selecting crushed and separated iron blocks from the crushed materials by using a magnetic separator; putting the remaining materials after separating the iron blocks into an intermediate crusher to be crushed to be 5mm of small blocks; further selecting the crushed and separated iron blocks from the crushed materials by using the magnetic separator; further putting the remaining materials after separating the iron blocks into a whirlpool separator to separate metals mainly including aluminium and tin from the materials which are not disintegrated; and delivering the materials which are not disintegrated into a micro-particle pulverizer to be crushed to be 20-60 meshes, and then delivering the crushed materials into an electrostatic separator to separate copper from fiber resin. In the method, higher metal recovery rate is realized, and waste water and waste gas are not generated in the process of production, thus having good economic and environment protective benefits.
