Abstract

The invention belongs to a banking-up operation method of a circulating fluidized bed boiler, in particular to a 300000KW circulating fluidized bed boiler with an external bed, which is adopted when flue gas system equipment and each external equipment of the boiler (which does not comprise a boiler circuit) have defects. By utilizing the characteristic of very large heat storage capacity of the circulating fluidized bed boiler, the operation method is used for stopping all coal feeders, limestone systems and blower systems, closing all flue gas system baffles, turning down a valve of a steamturbine, and maintaining a steam turbine generator unit to operate at a low load lower than 2000KW by using the heat stored in the boiler. The method has simple and convenient operation, low energy consumption and longer banking-up time and can avoid the non-stop accident of the unit to the maximum.
