Embodiment Construction

[0017] like figure 1 As shown, the cryoablation system with a precooling device of the present invention includes a high-pressure intake pipeline 1, an intake solenoid valve 2, a precooling device 3, a heating solenoid valve 4, a cooling solenoid valve 5, a cooling intake pipeline 6, a heating Air intake pipeline 7, insulation sleeve 8, cryogenic probe 9, low-pressure air return pipeline 10, thermocouple 11, temperature signal acquisition module 12, microcomputer 13, solenoid valve controller 14.

[0018] like figure 2 As shown, the gas heat exchanger 3-4 is made of annealed cooked copper tube that is easy to conduct heat and has good ductility and bendability. The gas inlet and outlet pipelines are double-wired and wound like mosquito coils. And fill the gap between the pipelines, and polish the two circular surfaces of the heat exchanger, so that the heat exchange contact surface between the heat exchanger and the semiconductor refrigeration sheet is smooth and flat.

Abstract

The invention relates to a cryoablation system with a precooling device and a control method thereof. The system is characterized in that: a high-pressure gas inlet pipeline is connected with a gas heat exchanger of the precooling device through a gas inlet magnetic valve; an output is divided into two paths connected with a heating gas inlet pipeline and a refrigerating inlet pipeline through a heating magnetic valve and a refrigerating magnetic valve respectively; the output of a semiconductor refrigerating plate of the precooling device is connected with a low-pressure gas return pipeline; the refrigerating inlet pipeline, the heating gas inlet pipeline, the low-pressure gas return pipeline and a thermocouple are coaxially arranged in a heat insulating sleeve; a thermoelectric signal of the thermocouple is input to a microcomputer through a temperature signal acquisition module; and the microcomputer acquires a temperature signal and then outputs a control signal to control the precooling device, the gas inlet magnetic valve, the heating magnetic valve and the refrigerating magnetic valve through an electromagnetic valve controller. Meanwhile, the system solves the technical problems of rapid precooling before air throttling refrigeration, and rapid gas rewarming after cryoablation. The system has the characteristics of convenient operation, convenient carrying, simple structure, small and exquisite device and low manufacturing cost.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a minimally invasive treatment technology for tumors, in particular to a cryoablation system with a precooling device. Background technique [0002] Minimally invasive treatment of tumors is becoming the forefront of the development of contemporary clinical medicine. Cryoablation is one of the more representative techniques in the minimally invasive treatment of tumors. It mainly uses low-temperature equipment to control the process of cooling, freezing, and rewarming the lesion tissue, thereby causing irreversible damage or even necrosis of cells. The killing mechanisms of cryoablation on tumors are: cell dehydration and shrinkage; intracellular ice crystal formation and ice crystal mechanical damage; cell electrolyte toxicity concentration and pH value change; cell membrane lipoprotein composition denaturation; blood stasis and microthrombus formation; immune effects Wait. Cryoablation not only has less surgical trauma, but...
