The upper part of the frame is fixedly connected with a spherical stopper through a spherical retaining sleeve; the central shaft vertically passes through the spherical stopper; the rotor device is rotationally connected with the central shaft; the bottom part of the central shaft is connected with the operating lever; the rotor device comprises a blade and an air chamber rotationally and hermetically connected with the central shaft; a nozzle is fixedly formed on one side at the outer end of the blade; a spark plug is arranged in the nozzle; an air duct is also fixedly arranged on the blade, and the outer end thereof is fixedly communicated with the nozzle, and the inner end thereof is fixedly communicated with the air chamber as a root of the blade; the insides of the operating lever and the central shaft are hollowly arranged, and the operating lever and the central shaft are mutually communicated; an air outlet hole is formed on the central shaft in the air chamber; and a liquid hydrogen storage tank is arranged at the bottom part of the frame and communicated with the operating lever through an air-conditioning device.
