Abstract

The invention further provides a preparation method thereof. The medicine, due to the adoption of middle cerebral artery occlusion model (MCAO model) and the application of modern histopathology, flow cytometry and molecular biotechnology, has the effect of blocking inflammatory reaction in ischemic infarction area.
