Problems solved by technology

Under the test conditions, it is more scientific and reasonable to simulate this salt movement process as much as possible to measure the salt tolerance of plants. However, the above-mentioned methods have defects in this respect except for two (1). Unavoidable impact on soil structure, such as soil compaction, poor permeability, etc.
(2) (1) Although it is in a natural state, it is quite difficult to arrange a salinity gradient of 0-10‰ under the same natural conditions, which makes the comparative experiments of the same plant under different soil salinity lack comparability

Embodiment 1

[0037] 1. The location of the salt pond: on the west side of the Shanghai Institute of Landscape Architecture, an old roof-shaped glass greenhouse (length x width: 24m x 8m);

[0038] 2. Construction of the salt pond: all the waste glass in the greenhouse is removed, and only the roof is covered with plastic film to prevent rainwater from falling into the salt pond. Iron gates are installed at both ends, and galvanized wire mesh is installed around it for safety protection and natural ventilation. On the area of 24m×8m in the greenhouse, bricks and reinforced concrete are used to build 9 salt ponds with length, width and depth of 7.0m×2.0m×0.8m, which are not connected to each other, so that the salt water does not leak. A salt discharge pipe and a valve (which can adjust the water level of the salt pond) are arranged in the center of the bottom of one end of each salt pond, and the salt discharge pipe is connected into the drainage ditch.

Abstract

The invention discloses a selection method used for improving seashore salt-affected soil plants, which belongs to the field of plant propagation and cultivation. The method is characterized by implementing the selection of the plants by the following steps of: simulating environment conditions and determining gradient numbers of salt concentrations and experimental salt baths; in a selected season, moving containers in which 41 plant seedlings are respectively planted into the salt baths filled with 30cm depth of salt solution of respective salt concentration, wherein the bottoms of the containers are provided with water permeable holes, and supports of the containers 4cm below the salt solution surface are arranged in the salt baths; determining salt content periodically at intervals; adding water or salt according to set salt concentrations; and performing a salt tolerance experiment for 60 days. The method has the advantages that: salt resistance and salt resistance limit data of the 41 plants in the experiment are acquired; data with comparability is provided for the selection for improving the seashore salt-affected soil plants; and an optimal plant selection is provided for improving the seashore salt-affected soil plants. The method also has the advantages of simple and convenient operation, low cost, large scale popularization and application, and active directive function.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of plant propagation and cultivation, and relates to a method for screening salt-tolerant greening plants. Background technique [0002] With the continuous expansion of the scale of urban landscaping and the improvement of coastal saline soil, the demand for salt-tolerant greening plants in gardens is increasing. Alternative new, special and high-quality landscaping plants that are resistant to different salinity and alkalinity have become important greening materials. [0003] There are many methods of breeding salt-tolerant greening plants, and conventional breeding has the advantages of simple method and stable plant performance, and is the most widely and most commonly used breeding method. Conventional methods mainly include two kinds of laboratory potted plants and field planting at present. 1. Laboratory potted plants: including (1) general planting soil, pouring salt solution; (2) planting in saline soil, p...
