Abstract

Compared with the conventional coacervation method, the method of the invention has the advantages that: the SSOS can be spontaneously deposited on the oil-water interface; no additional emulsifying agent is added; the defect that the main body of wall material polymers is easily condensed in the conventional coacervation method is overcome; the higher encapsulating rate is achieved; and the problem of emulsifying agent residue is solved.
