The present application relates to the field of
food research and development supporting facilities, in particular to a high-efficiency draining device for black
sugar preserved plum research and development and a use method thereof. The draining device comprises a container
assembly, a disturbance
dehydration assembly, a blowing and water removal
assembly, and a negative pressure
drying assembly. The disturbance
dehydration assembly is arranged in the container assembly, and the blowing and water removal assembly and the negative pressure
drying assembly are both connected with the container assembly. The present application utilizes the slow reciprocating lifting of the middle part of the net bag of the disturbance
dehydration assembly and the high-frequency vibration of the support assembly to make the plum in the net bag swing and roll back and forth while also shaking up and down. The blowing and water removal assembly blows the plum with slightly hot air through the air
nozzle to remove the water, and the negative pressure
drying assembly is used for drying, to realize all-around flexible disturbance draining, strengthened
air drying, and negative pressure drying. The small amount of plum for research and development can quickly drain the water and eliminate the residual water stains without affecting the integrity of the plum, which can meet the timeliness, economy, and trial
production effect of small amount of trial production during research and development.
