Problems solved by technology

In the final analysis, warehouse problems basically come from inadequate on-site management; it takes a lot of manual labor to repeat the work of receiving and warehousing;
[0010] ·Looking up goods by memory is inefficient;
[0011] Paste handwritten cards to distinguish the location of the goods, often take the wrong goods or repeatedly pick up the goods, so that the business needs to be closed for inventory, and the loss is huge

Abstract

The invention relates to an intelligent warehousing system. The system comprises electronic tags, a reader-writer, an application system and an interconnecting link, wherein the application system consists of the following subsystems: a data management system (1), a warehousing system (2), a trolley-type intelligent stocktake system (3), a warehouse moving system (4) and an ex-warehouse system; the subsystems are connected through the interconnecting link; the data management system (1) is responsible for entering the information of commodities or materials and manufacturing the RFID electronic tags in one-to-one correspondence, and the electronic tags correspond the relevant information of products; and if the information is qualified and accurate, the RFID electronic tags are adhered to (or hung on) the commodities or the materials, and the commodities or the materials are allowed to be put in storage. The intelligent warehousing system can perform the stocktake, ex-warehouse and warehousing of cargos in warehouses in time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to an intelligent storage system used in logistics fields such as storage in and out of a warehouse. Background technique [0002] RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) radio frequency identification technology is a non-contact automatic identification technology, which uses the principle of radio frequency. A typical RFID system consists of three parts: electronic tag (Tag or Transponder), reader (Reader) and application system (including connecting lines). [0003] Reader: Send a read signal to the tag and receive the tag's response. Depending on the application, readers can be handheld or fixed. [0004] Electronic tags: composed of chips and antennas, each chip contains a unique identification code (UID) to identify the target object. [0005] Application system: management software and connection lines. [0006] The basic working principle of RFID is: the reader emits a radio frequency signal, and this signal has a certai...
