Abstract

The customer information screening method is realized through an html front stage and a data processing back stage. The method comprises the following steps: respectively configuring each field of a service entity table stored in the back stage into corresponding service atoms; using the service atoms as the minimum unit to establish user information units; establishing an engine pack at the data processing back stage through JAVA coding; installing three page frame assemblies: a rule configuration assembly, a rule display assembly and a rule analysis assembly at the html front stage; invoking the JAVA engine pack through servlet for realizing the rule engine; configuring the user screening conditions input by operators at the front stage into service atom constriction conditions through the rule configuration assembly; converting the service atom constriction conditions into search constriction rules of the service entity table by the rule analysis assembly according to the service atom constriction condition; and realizing the user information screening. The invention realizes the goal of accurately, conveniently and fast extracting customers and costumer information under the complicated screening logics of the customers by the CRM system.
