The benzoxazine resin is prepared from phenol derived from renewable resources (for example, eugenol, guaiacol and cardanol), primary amine derived from renewable resources (for example, furfuryl amine) and an aqueous solution of paraformaldehyde or trioxymethylene or formaldehyde; and the relevant composition is a composition prepared from the benzoxazine resin and other thermosetting resins.
