A plurality of small holes are uniformly formed at the top end of the optical fiber array arc bracket; and one end of an infrared optical fiber array is fixedly arranged inside the small holes, and the other end of the infrared optical fiber array is connected with a coupler. The coupler is connected with a photodiode array; the photodiode array is connected with an amplifying circuit; the amplifying circuit is connected with a data acquisition card; the data acquisition card is connected with a computer; the computer is connected with a stepping motor control card; the stepping motor control card is connected with a stepping motor; and the stepping motor is connected with the transmission device.
