Abstract

The tomato seed oil prepared by the method has better property; unsaturated fatty acid content of the prepared tomato seed oil is about 5 percent higher than that of the tomato seed oil prepared by using the conventional solvent method; the fatty acid composition of the tomato seed oil better satisfies the needs of the human body; and more than 90 percent of the tomato seed oil is extracted from the tomato seeds.
