Method for preparing tomato seed oil

The invention relates to a method for preparing tomato seed oil. The method comprises the following steps of: performing microwave treatment on tomato seeds crushed to the particle size between 30 and 100 meshes, extracting by using supercritical CO2 for 1.0 to 3.0 hours, and separating a product, namely the tomato seed oil. The tomato seed oil prepared by the method has better property; unsaturated fatty acid content of the prepared tomato seed oil is about 5 percent higher than that of the tomato seed oil prepared by using the conventional solvent method; the fatty acid composition of the tomato seed oil better satisfies the needs of the human body; and more than 90 percent of the tomato seed oil is extracted from the tomato seeds.
