Abstract

The invention discloses a method for seedling sugpo prawn, comprising the specific steps of: (1) preparing mixed vaccine of bdellovibro nectophore and liposome; (2) putting mixed vaccine of bdellovibro nectophore in a seedling tank so that the content of bdellovibro nectophore in the sea water reaches as high as 101pfu/mL and aerating for 5-12h; (3) putting the sugpo prawn anuplius at the densityof 60000-120000/m<3>; and (4) and in the seedling process, putting bait regularly and putting the mixed vaccine of bdellovibro nectophore at an interval of five days after putting the larva, obtaining the sugpo prawn seedling when the larva prawn grows to 15 days or all the prawns grow with the length of 1cm above, wherein the concentration of the mixed vaccine of bdellovibro nectophore is 10pfu/mL. The invention can effectively reduce the time for changing water in the seedling process by putting the mixed vaccine of bdellovibro nectophore in the water quality treatment and bait in matching with scientific seedling quality management or even failing to changing water, thereby improving the yield of prawn seedling and enhancing the prawn seedling survival rate and immunity.
