Problems solved by technology

[0005] The patch made of the matrix described in the above patent application has the advantages of high water retention and convenient peeling off, etc., but there are still some problems such as small drug holding capacity, low viscosity, easy to fall off, and insufficient tensile strength, which is easy to remain on the skin after peeling off. Insufficient surface etc.

Abstract

The invention relates to a gel patch matrix. The matrix is prepared from the following components in part by weight: 2 to 10 parts of sodium polyacrylate, 1 to 10 parts of gelatin, 0.5 to 4 parts of carbomer 980, 0.5 to 4 parts of carbomer 981, 1 to 10 parts of triethanolamine, 0.5 to 5 parts of polyvinylpyrrolidone K-30, 5 to 25 parts of glycerin, 0.1 to 1 part of aluminum glycinate and a properamount of water. A water-insoluble cross-linked gel structure is formed by both the matrix which is prepared by introducing organic aluminum ions from the aluminum glycinate and the sodium polyacrylate, so that the cohesive strength of the matrix is obviously enhanced and the forming performance of the matrix is improved. Gel patches for various treatment purposes can be prepared by mixing the matrix and active ingredients in a mixing ratio of 0.5-2:1.

Description

Technical field [0001] The invention relates to a composition containing a high molecular polymer and an alcohol substance, which is suitable for the matrix of a gel patch. Background technique [0002] Traditional Chinese medicine has the theory of "external treatment, that is, internal treatment; external treatment, that is, internal treatment, which is different." "Transdermal drug delivery" has been seen in the Chinese medical classics "Inner Classics·Suwen" as early as the second century BC. The traditional transdermal dosage forms of traditional Chinese medicine include black plasters, adhesive plasters, pastes, irons and other dosage forms. These traditional dosage forms have certain shortcomings, or contaminate clothes; or the dosage is not easy to control; or the auxiliary materials and matrix of the dosage form itself have certain The irritation or (and) toxicity of the drug may cause adverse reactions such as skin allergies, local redness and swelling when taking the ...
