[0023] The plants where pepper blight had occurred were collected, and the pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the junction of diseased and healthy stems of infected peppers using Phytophthora selective medium, and their pathogenicity was verified. Then, the pathogenic bacteria of pepper blight was used as indicator bacteria, and antagonistic bacteria were isolated from the rhizosphere soil of healthy plants in continuous cropping pepper blight-affected fields. Then, the high-efficiency antagonistic strains were re-screened through pot experiments, and the antagonistic strain NJLZ-8 was finally obtained and identified. The strains were stored in 30% glycerol at -70°C.
