The preparation method comprises the following steps of: soaking the raw material medicaments in water; decocting and filtering; concentrating to the relative density of 1.00 to 1.30 (50 DEG C); slowly adding ethanol to ensure that the ethanol content reaches 50 to 85 percent, simultaneously quickly stirring, and standing at a low temperature; filtering and fully recycling the ethanol from filtrate; adding the water and standing to deposit in the water; and taking the supernate to obtain an oral medicinal composition.
