Abstract

The invention discloses an ecological separation and recovery technology of city household garbage and sewage sludge resource and a device thereof, which is a new manner of garbage disposal. The traditional garbage burning is easy to produce dioxins and cause the evaporated liquor of garbage to discharge in air so as to cause atmospheric environmental pollution and resource energy waste. The invention is an exhaust gas closed-cycle system for the technology of garbage drying, vinegar liquor recovery and dry combustion comprising a drying kiln, an evaporated liquor recovery device, a combustion furnace, and the like; the garbage firstly enters the drying kiln for fumigation drying; the evaporated liquor in the drawing smoke is recycled through a condenser and a cyclone and is refined into resource vinegar; the dry garbage out of the furnace is classified and recycle into recycled, combustible and incombustible harmless resources; the combustible dry garbage is input in the combustion furnace for high temperature starved air combustion, and the heated recycle smoke then enters the dry kiln to recycle heat and mass transfer. The green separation technology can inhibit the generation of dioxins, and the resource is completely recycled without discharging smoke and evaporated liquor in air, thereby realizing zero discharge of garbage disposal and resource energy regeneration.
