The invention discloses a method for using sulfates as an ammonium phosphate anticaking agent. Sulfates of iron ions and aluminum ions are used as the ammonium phosphate anticaking agent. The method comprises the following specific steps of: firstly, metering the sulfates of iron ions and aluminum ions, adding into a storage tank of dilute phosphoric acid as a production raw material for producing ammonium phosphate to improve the viscosity of slurry, agitating in the storage tank by using an agitator, and uniformly mixing; then, delivering to a neutralizing reactor by using a delivery pump, and leading phosphoric acid to react with ammonia in the reactor; and finally, concentrating and drying the neutralized slurry by using the conventional technology to obtain a basically noncaked monoammonium phosphate product. The method has the advantages that: (1) the sulfates of iron ions and aluminum ions are added into phosphoric acid to improve the viscosity of slurry and improve the anticaking property of an ammonium phosphate product; (2) the sulfates of iron ions and aluminum ions basically have no precipitation in acid; and (3) the sulfates of iron ions and aluminum ions are easy to dissolve in phosphoric acid and basically have no influence on the blockage degree of an ammonium phosphate concentrating and heating device and the procedures of drying and the like. The method is applicable to ammonium phosphate production enterprises.
