[0047] 1. Preparation of Biological Humic Acid

[0048] 1. Raw materials for fermented compost:

[0049] Mix 466Kg cassava residues (moisture content 70%) and 60Kg dry chicken manure (moisture content 16%) evenly (the dry mass ratio of the two is 14:5), moisture is controlled at 65%, and C / N is 25:1 (Measure the C / N of cassava dregs and chicken manure in advance, calculate and determine the required nitrogen amount, and supplement with urea), naturally accumulate in the fermentation tank for 2 days, check the temperature of the material center, until the temperature of the material rises to 60°C-70°C, Continue to keep for 2 days in this state to obtain a compost product.

[0050] 2. Add bacteria to continue fermentation:

[0051] Reduce the compost turning and ventilation temperature to 40°C; obtain a heap with a temperature of 40°C;

[0052] Culture Lactobacillus plantarum (Lactobacillus plantarum) ACCC 10171, Aspergillus oryzae (Aspergillus oryzae) CICC 2146 and Bacillus ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a humic acid liquid fertilizer prepared from cassava starch residues and a method thereof. Cassava residues and the like can be converted into active humic acid by biological fermentation or biochemical treatment so as to develop various fertilizer products, and the like which are suitable for the market demand. The method for preparing the biological humic acid liquid fertilizer comprises the following steps of: (1) stacking a stacking body material to the stacking body material temperature of 60-70 DEG C and maintaining for 2-3 days to obtain a first compost product;(2) adding bacteria into the first compost product obtained in the step (1) and continuously fermenting at intermediate temperate to obtain a fermented product; (3) extracting the fermented product obtained in the step (2) by an alkali aqueous solution to obtain an extract which is the biological humic acid; and (4) filtering and concentrating the humic acid solution obtained in the step (3) and adding urea and monopotassium phosphate to obtain the biological humic acid liquid fertilizer. The liquid fertilizer product obtained by the invention can be used for root additional fertilizer or foliage fertilizer application after being diluted by adding water.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of resource utilization of solid waste, in particular to a preparation method and application of biological humic acid liquid fertilizer. Background technique [0002] Cassava residue is the residue after starch extraction from cassava, mainly cellulose, also contains a small amount of nutrients such as starch, and has a high water content. At present, most of the research on cassava residues is to use it to produce single-cell protein, ethanol or use it as feed. However, due to the complex process and large investment in equipment, the amount of use is very small. If the fresh cassava residues are not processed in time, they are easily spoiled and deteriorated, so they cannot be used as feed or other raw materials for production. A large amount of cassava residues are discarded, causing great waste and seriously polluting the environment. [0003] Humic acid is a kind of high molecular organic substance wi...
