A positioning clamp for the assembly of a flexible circuit board comprises a baseplate and a support plate, wherein a positioning pin for positioning the support plate is arranged on the baseplate; a thin steel sheet is further arranged on the support plate, a FPC (flexible printed circuit) positioning edge which uses laser for precision cutting according to the specification of the FPC to be assembled is arranged on the thin steel sheet; an FPC flexible sheet can be just precisely placed on the support plate through the FPC positioning edge; and the positioning pin for the thin steel sheet is arranged on the baseplate, and the thin steel sheet is positioned through the positioning pin for the thin steel sheet. An ejector plate is further arranged below the baseplate, a thimble is arranged on the ejector plate, a baseplate empty avoidance hole is formed on the baseplate, a support plate empty avoidance hole is formed on the support plate, and the ejector plate can move upwards, penetrate the baseplate empty avoidance hole and the support plate empty avoidance hole and further eject the thin steel sheet on the support plate.
