Abstract

The system comprises an upper-stage damping coal bunker, a lower-stage helical coal bunker and two plate conveyors, wherein each coal bunker is provided with a high-coal-position ultrasonic sensor and a low-coal-position ultrasonic sensor; the two coal bunkers are both provided with controllable strobes; the opening and the closing of the controllable strobe of the upper-stage coal bunker are controlled by a dual-acted gas cylinder that is controlled by a two-position four-way direct-current electromagnetic valve; the controllable strobe of the upper-stage coal bunker is provided with a position sensor; switching value signals of the low-coal-position ultrasonic sensor of the upper-stage coal bunker and the high-coal-position sensor switch signal and the low-coal-position sensor of the lower-stage coal bunker are connected with an input terminal of a PLC (programmable logic controller) module; driving motors of the two plate conveyors and a control coil of the electromagnetic valve are connected with a power driving unit of the control system respectively, so as to controll the automatic transfer of the coal flows; a position sensor switching value signal is connected with an input terminal of the PLC so as to judge whether the strobes are closed in place.
