Abstract

The input end is characterized in that an oil seal and a bearing are arranged at the combination part of the input shaft and the flange; the oil seal is positioned on an input shaft at the front end of the bearing; the bearing is a deep groove ball bearing with a sealing surface on the single side, and the sealing surface of the bearing is positioned at one side of the gear box; the flange is provided with a lubricating grease injection port and a lubricating grease overflow port as well as a pair of lubricating oil plugs; the lubricating grease injection port and the lubricating grease overflow port are communicated with an axial clearance between the oil seal and the bearing through an oil duct; and the lubricating oil plugs are communicated with a gear cavity of the gear box. The input end has the advantages of compact structure, good lubricating effect to the bearing and long service life; and meanwhile, the input shaft is more stable to operate.
