The composite gridded underground drainage brine discharging system is formed by the way that a gridded drainage brine discharging network composed of a water absorption tube (branch drain pipe) and a blind drain is arranged below a saline-alkali soil layer, and salty underground water and washing influent seepage are discharged outside an improved region by virtue of two paths, namely the blind drain, the water absorption tube (the bran drain pipe), a collector pipe (main drain pipe) and the water absorption tube as well as the collector pipe; and the water-saving irrigation washing system is in charge of washing salinity in soil by adopting one or more than two measures of partition irrigation, estuarine rotation irrigation and intermittent irrigation.
