The invention discloses a
sponge community rainwater comprehensive utilization
system which comprises a hydrocone type roof rainwater collecting
system, a main rainwater
pipe network, an initial rainwater
storage tank, a rainwater
storage pool and a pumping water pump. The
sponge community rainwater comprehensive utilization
system is characterized in that the initial rainwater
storage tank and an underground regulating
pool are arranged over and under the ground respectively, and under the action that rainwater flows into a regulating mechanism, initial rainwater flowing through a water collecting
pipe can flow into the initial rainwater
storage tank, and later rainwater is drained into the rainwater
storage pool through a water outlet
