Embodiment 1

[0041] figure 1 A real-time on-line absorption detection system according to one embodiment of the present invention is shown. Such as figure 1As shown, the real-time online absorption detection system according to the present invention is a dual optical path absorption detection system, which includes a light source 1, a power supply 2, an optical filter 3, a polarizer 4, a beam conversion unit 5, a beam splitter 6, a sample unit 7, a second A detector 8, a second detector 9 and a control module 10, wherein the power supply 2 is used to supply power to the light source 1, which includes a housing (not shown), the light source 1 is installed in the housing, and the side of the housing is close to the optical path A light-shielding plate 2a is provided, and a light-transmitting passage 2b is arranged on the light-shielding plate 2a. The function of the light-shielding plate 2a is to allow the light beam 11 emitted by the light source to enter the light path only from the light...

Embodiment 2

[0062] Figure 4A real-time on-line absorption detection system according to another embodiment of the present invention is shown. The absorption detection system is a single optical path absorption detection system, which includes a light source 1 , a power supply 2 , an optical filter 3 , a polarizer 4 , a beam conversion unit 5 , a sample unit 7 , a first detector 8 and a control module 10 . The light source 1 is installed in the casing, and the side of the casing close to the optical path is provided with a shading plate 2a, and the shading plate 2a is provided with a light-transmitting passage 2b. Entering the light path, the shading plate 2a can prevent other light from leaking into the light path. The real-time on-line absorption detection system according to another embodiment of the present invention is installed in a dark box to ensure that no external light leaks into the absorption detection system. In the real-time on-line absorption detection system according t...

Embodiment 3

[0069] figure 2 shows as figure 1 An example of the real-time online absorption detection system is shown. This example adopts a low-pressure mercury lamp as the light source 1, and the light source 1 can emit an ultraviolet light beam 11 with a wavelength of about 254nm. In the passage 2b, the ultraviolet light beam 11 with a wavelength of 254nm emitted by the light source 1 only passes through the light-transmitting passage 2b, such as a slit or a hole, and the shading plate 2a prevents other light from leaking into the light passage. The ultraviolet beam 11 emitted by the light source 1 with a wavelength of about 254nm passes through the optical filter 3, the polarizer 4, and the beam conversion unit 5 (such as a lens or lens group) in sequence, and then the beam 11 is incident on the beam splitter 6 and is divided into two beams: the sample The beam 11a and the reference beam 11b, the sample beam 11a passes through the sample unit 7 and passes through the sample to be m...

Abstract

The invention provides a real-time on-line adsorption detection system, which comprises a light source which only allows light to enter a first optical path via a light-transmitting path, an optical filter arranged along the first optical path, a polarizer, a beam transforming unit, an optical splitter, a sample unit, a first detector and a second detector arranged along a second optical path, wherein the first optical path separates from the second optical path at the optical splitter. The system also comprises a control module which is coupled and communicated with the first detector and the second detector for acquiring an adsorption rate of a sample to be detected in the sample unit, wherein the polarizer allows the maximum polarized component in a light beam emitted by the light source to pass, so that the light intensity on the first detector and the second detector is increased. In the system, the light beam with specific wavelength for measurement is selected by combination of the low-cost light source and the optical filter, so that the defect of high cost caused by the selection of the light beam for measurement by the combination of a continuous light source and a raster of the adsorption detection system in the prior art is overcome.

Description

【Technical field】 [0001] The invention relates to an absorption detection system. Specifically, the present invention relates to a real-time online absorption detection system. 【Background technique】 [0002] Absorption measurements of liquid or solid samples are currently performed on spectrophotometers. The measurement wavelength can be selected according to the needs of ultraviolet, visible or infrared band. As a high-precision scientific absorption detection system, spectrophotometers are widely used in laboratories, but their prices are relatively expensive. [0003] Generally speaking, the light source of the spectrophotometer adopts the xenon lamp. Xenon lamps have a wide spectral range, covering from ultraviolet, visible to infrared bands. By combining xenon lamp and precise grating spectroscopic technology, the spectrophotometer can continuously and accurately provide light of different wavelengths in these bands, but this high-performance light source and preci...
