The invention relates to a 14-slot PXI (PCI extensions for instrumentation) chassis which comprises a 14-slot bus rear plate, a power supply air-channel clapboard, a chassis switch power supply, a chassis fan and a PXI module, wherein the 14-slot bus rear plate is provided with 14 slots in total; the first slot is used as a power supply and mechanical interface of a bus system controller; the second to the fourteenth slots are used as the power supply and mechanical interfaces of peripheral modules; the second slot is provided with a star-shaped trigger controller for supplying 13 trigger signals to each extension slot; the power supply air-channel clapboard is used for separating a power supply air-channel from a chassis module radiating air-channel; and the chassis switch power supply is used for supplying multichannel direct current voltages to the 14-slot bus rear plate and comprises AC / DC (alternated current or direct current) power supply and DC / AC power supply.
