Abstract

The steel contains the following chemical compositions in percentage by weight: 0.10-0.18% of C, 0.03-0.19% of Si, 2.6-3.0% of Mn, 0.01-0.04% of Als, 0.15-0.9% of Cr, and the balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities.
