Embodiment 1

[0028] Sea cucumber and abalone need to add a certain amount of reef as their habitat during the breeding process. If we try to make the algae on the surface of the reef attach and grow at a faster speed, it can provide a better shelter environment and rich bait for sea treasures. promote the increase of its production.

[0029] In April 2010, an experiment on the effect of artificial reef with algae was carried out in a seawater pond in Daya Bay. Two treatments were set up: treatment 1 reef composition was ordinary concrete, and treatment 2 reef was ordinary concrete with 0.5% weight of ammonium magnesium phosphate added. After the reef was fully dried and hardened, it was placed on the bottom of the pool on April 8, and the two reefs were recycled on May 13 (see figure 1 and figure 2 ), and the weight of the attached algae was measured by the hydrogen peroxide oxidation method. The results showed that the amount of algae attached to the surface of the reef in Treatment 1 ...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for improving the attaching effect of algas on the surface of an artificial reef. In the method, a certain amount of slow release fertilizer is added in the building material of the existing artificial reef, or a coating layer which is rich in slow release fertilizer is added onto the surface of the shaped reef, thus increasing the capability of the reef for continuously releasing nutritive salt into water body. Concretely, the method includes the steps of mixing the materials for preparing the artificial reef with the slow release fertilizer and then pouring for shaping, thus obtaining the product; or pouring for shaping the artificial reef, then coating the surface of the artificial reef with the coating layer which is rich in slow release fertilizer, thus obtaining the product. The result of an experiment in a pond shows that the amount of the algas attached on the artificial reef which is produced by the method is 1.5-3 times that of the algas attached on the common artificial reef, the phosphorus-releasing rate of the artificial reef to surrounding sea water is 1.2-1.3 times that of the contrast, and the nitrogen-releasing rate of the artificial reef is 7-8 times that of the contrast. The method is simple in process, the prepared reef can effectively induce the algas to grow on the surface of the reef, and the method has great significancein restoring the marine ecological environment as well as improving the output of the bred rare seafood.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for improving the algae adhesion effect on the artificial reef surface. Background technique [0002] At present, artificial fish reefs, seaweed reefs and marine treasure breeding reefs have been widely used in the restoration of marine ecosystems and aquaculture. The materials used to construct reefs include steel, plastic, stones, concrete, rubber, etc., and their effects vary. And feet. Generally speaking, the effect of attached algae on the surface of the reef is an important factor to determine the benefit of the reef. But at present, some materials, such as rubber and steel, can cause poisonous damage to algae and inhibit their rapid growth, while other materials, such as stones, concrete and plastics, are non-toxic to algae, but the effect of attaching algae is not good. How to improve The effect of algae attachment on the surface of artificial reefs is an urgent problem to be solved. Contents of the inventi...
