The invention provides an experimental device for cell exposure contamination with the combination of radon gas and cigarette smoke. In the experimental device, radon gas of an adjusted content prepared by a radon source, fresh air delivered by an air compression air supply and cigarette smoke delivered by a cigarette smoke generator are distributed into a cell exposure chamber by respective flow controllers; the upper surface of a cell membrane plate is exposed in the cell exposure chamber, the lower surface of the cell membrane plate is soaked in a cell culture fluid chamber, and the cell exposure chamber, the cell membrane plate and the cell culture fluid chamber are arranged in a greenhouse; a sterilized gas supply device is connected to a gas loop and the cell exposure chamber; the waste gas of the cell exposure chamber can be recovered into an accumulating chamber for recycling, or be adsorbed by a waste gas treatment device and then discharged safely; and the whole device is totally closed without leakage. The experimental device for cell exposure contamination has the following advantages that: experimental animals are not used; the contents of the radon gas and the cigarette smoke and the contamination combination sequence can be adjusted freely; and a new method and a new experimental means are provided in the scientific research fields of toxicology, molecular organisms, cells, radiation, medical science and the like.
