The preparation method of the bamboo fibre mosquito repelling and killing tablet successively comprises the following steps: (1) manufacturing bamboo raw materials into bamboo fibre explosion pulp raw material; (2) manufacturing the bamboo fibre explosion pulp raw material into clean bamboo pulp; (3) manufacturing the waste paper raw material into clean waste paper pulp; (4) mixing the bamboo pulp, the talc powder and the catboxymethyl fibre, and manufacturing paper with pulp into tablet base material; (5) manufacturing the tablet base material into the crude paper sheet; and (6) spraying the mosquito repelling and killing medicament on the crude paper sheet.
