Abstract

The nozzle provided by the invention is characterized in that a cylindrical nozzle base serves as a foundation, and a rotary vane, a regulating core and a nozzle cap are successively assembled on the nozzle of the burner; the front end of the nozzle base is provided with an annular fuel channel groove, and the nozzle cap is sleeved on the front end ofthe nozzle base; a spout is arranged on the top of the nozzle cap, and the regulating core is arranged in the spout; and the hammer-shaped lower part of the regulating core is in threaded connection with the inner wall of the rotary vane, and an air inlet channel and a fuel channel are arranged in the nozzle base and are communicated with a mixing swirl chamber which is communicated with the spout. The nozzle of the burner provided by the invention has the advantages of simple and compact structure, less parts, easiness in assembly and maintainence, and suitability for multiple-impurity high-particle liquid fuels with high temperature, corrosion and high viscosity; the oil gas mixing concentrated fine bubble transformation bursting atomization and the double-flow high-speed rotating 'tornado' tearing-type atomization can be formed by virtue of an inclined hole and an inclined guide groove which are arranged in the nozzle, thereby improving the oxygen supply and ensuring full burning; and the flame is transparent and bright and is high in temperature, the liquid-gas mixing is balanced, the heat efficiency and the heat use ratio are high, discharged materials are less, and the environmental friendliness and the economic benefit are better.
